Import DOS TW game into TWGS?

 I currently run a 3.09 TW game and have been for about 3 years, so there are a lot of players that have a lot invested in the game. is there a way to import or upgrade the old game to the win32 server? I tried overwriting the dat files but that was a no go.

Hrm... I don't think so. There have been file format changes from 3.09 that would keep you from just copying over the .dat files. Does 3.09 dos have any kind of export feature?
