I know it's possible, cause sysops like Thrawn come to mind that have told me they have a bot or something that bangs games on a schedule. My question, how do you do it. I don't see any way via command line, so how can you bang a game on a schedule?
Anybody have a clue?

There is no command line to rebang games, and I do utilize a combination of various resources at my disposal. I am unfamiliar with other SysOp's and their resources, but I am happy to share mine with you.
A few years back, a friend and I began designing a program specific for our network here. Due to our work background, we needed something that could take our place and automate our functions required on our network in our absence. With various automation programs out there, we examined each function they possessed, then examined each function we required for the network, then combined it all and built our own. After, we looked at an add-on "module" specific for the TWGS. This included key strokes for the editor, rebangs, etc. It helps when all games retain the same settings, only requiring the "Random seed" variable. So this module launches a window, accesses the TWGS, and performs rebangs as if I was there.
When my friend was KIA, I completed the last phase of the module and it became our TWGS ScoreKeeper. This program will launch the script used to monitor Online players, monitors the OCS TWGS and launched the OCSBot. It also processes the scores, log files, and monitors and deletes the bloated twmail.dat file. I've also incorporated it to keep the website up to date, make posts in forums, update game listings, and more.
In a nutshell, our ScoreKeeper is a module in a larger automation program we built. Other modules in our program handle other functions, such as the webhosting we do, as well as other internet services and functions. Using the famous MomBot as an example, I believe it has modules that you can add to do specific functions. In a sense, that is our program we built- an automation program capable of monitoring our network, and the TWGS ScoreKeeper is an add-on module. We made it to work in conjuction with TWXProxy, runs the scripts flawlessly. This has been a great asset for me, especially adding the second TWGS. With my absence from the terminal from time to time, it has been a reliable asset for me here.
Hopefully that will answer your questions on how I do it here.

Do you or anybody know any programs available to someone like myself that can automate keystrokes in the TWGS editor. Really I just need it to do this. I tell it what game I want to bang. When the system goes down for maintenance (noon) it can trigger while the TWGS is down, Enter the editor, select the game or games I choose, Select BigBang, R*0*Z* and repeat if there is another game once this is done. Then the system comes back online and I can edit the game settings as needed. I just an trying to avoid taking the system down repeatedly.

There are many good automation programs out there. One of the software choices we evaluated and used in the beginning was a program called Automate by Unisyn Software. It has a bunch of good features that we could use for TWGS, as well as other network needs. I found it to be about the best out there.
