I registered TWGS and TW2002 with the Gold option back in 2002. Now, I never got around to actually trying it due to some unforseen circumstances. I was going through some old emails and found the email containing the code, so I decided to try it. The code for TWGS works fine, but the TW2002v3 and Gold codes don't seem to work, as when I try a bigbang it tells me I am unregistered after I enter the codes. I've tried a few times now, no joy.

Oh does it state you are registered in the Config menu 'Register' tab? If so I had this problem on my old machine, this is what was happening every time I went into editors I had to re-enter my codes, (they were their but were colored red, and it claimed I had no Gold access, until I entered them again), after-which I would again have full access until I closed them down, I would have to repeat this each time. I always figured it was some error in the Windows registry, since then I got a new drive upgraded the machine and reinstalled everything, works fine now... but you might have other issues, just sounds similar to the prob I had experienced.

Yes, it does. My problem at the moment is that I can only bigbang a default game. I'll move on to being able to edit stuff properly once I can get the game setup I want.

Also once you do get regged you will need the Gold Tools to do edits, that is at the very bottom of the downloads page. A reboot could also help.

try copy and paste like Animal suggested also for the sysop you might want to put the sysop name there that you had at the time of the reg, but I think that isn't the case, but try and copy and paste the whole thing on the codes, it should work, cause if you type and have a space or something in the wrong place it will not reg it.

Let us know what happens, and if you have any issues on the codes hit me up on icq, or pm me, and show me your codes and I will check them to make sure they work with the current twgs and we can fix your issues, I will show you how I got them to work if I have to tweak something to work
But copy and paste the whole thing from beginning to end of the codes, should work.

Yes , try the cut & paste .. but most likely you will just need to get into Tedit and add the propreit reg codes in the places needed : gold and tw2002
Then bang and get it working.
Make sure you use the server names you used at time of reg. they work by that name .. changing them can cause problems.
