Anybody else having issues telneting to sites after upgrading to IE7? I used to be able to just type in "telnet://runawayproton.com:23" and a window would pop open. Now after upgrading, it won't. |

Everyone will have that issue with IE7, it no longer supports the telnet protocol, I was one of the beta testers for it and let them know I will not use it as I use telnet for the type of games I play and run a game server that is telnetted to. If you want a good browser try the new Firefox, Mozilla, and one I use a lot, that has the best of IE and Firefox, Maxthon. AllI listed have tabbed browsing, and other features that are far superior than the IE7, and all support telnet. |

Yes all hail Firefox; Firefox is good, Firefox is great! IE is the spawn of Satan himself! [:(!] If you wish to be purified and lead into the light then please I implore you to simply click on my linky to your bottom right, thank you for your support! BTW, Firefox 2 is out for those that need to upgrade! Woohooo! |

I use Firefox on all but one of my computers anyway. Just caught offguard by the change I guess. |

Actually, I think Thrawn was going to ban anyone who was crazy enough to download and run IE7. That and he was going to put up an ActiveX bug so he could get access to their TW helpers and cause them to CBY. |
