Hi.

I run a private TW server for me and my friends. One of them accidentally dropped defensive figs (about 800 of them) while scripting, didn't realize they were defensive, during truce. As SysOp, is there a way for me to clear out these figs other than editing each sector?

Tell him to go and collect them?
It's best not to use T-Edit for games that are currently running.

tedit bad mmkay... <insert evil grin here>

If it seems that this person put 800 figs in 800 sectors (while trading perhaps) there really isnt a way other than have the person go get each one, or to rebang the game.

In a private game with friends who all agree, the only easy way is to use a script in T-Edit to change the fighters from defensive to toll.

The use of T-Edit in games is strongly frowned upon, but in a casual game among friends, this should be easy to agree upon. Actually "strongly frowned upon" is too nice of a way to put it regarding T-Edit use. ;)

If it is a high turn game, he could write a script to twarp to every def, get gas as required, and turn them into tolls.
