Discrepancy In The Fighter Count

 I have a user who has more fighters on his planets than the V indicates. The playe brought this to our attention.
The V says 19 Million but the TL says that the player in question has 40M on his planets. Can anyone advise what could cause this? Is it a problem that requires correction or is it something that self corrects? Thx U.N. How long has it been like that?

Has the player in question been in the game lately? Used to be... data wasn't updated until someone tried to land (including planetary fig count). Do that, wait an hour, see if it updates?
