I have the TWGS Lite registration key and code but I cannot get the code to work. The game is registred but TWGS itself is not. When I try to run a helper like GATH, or any other, it tells me it is an unregistered version and games will only run three minuets. When I try to input the code or paste I get the message: "Clipboard does not contain a recognizable registration. Copy the registraion key that was sent to you and try again." So, I have tried again and again and again. Is there some DOS program I can input this coded so it will read as registered? I am running Win96 on a 500mz. thanks for any help.

If copy and pasting is not working or whatever reason? Maybe you could just type them in manually by setting up the screens next to or above one another and type-copy from your email, then just double check to make sure you have typed everything correctly and enter them.

I've typed them using the numeric keypad and the keyboard keypad and checked and re-checked and know the code is valid. I've pasted them by typing the code into notepad and pasting from there. I downloaded a helper for clipboard and a substiute for clipboard and it doesn;t work. Wondering if there is a backdoor thru DOS that I can use?

You can type stuff in for TW via the dos commands but you can't add to twgs that way. Rather than copy-paste just type it in by hand. If it still fails, contact JP. Something may be hinky in your code.

That is weird, ok have you installed the Gold Tools? (they are at the very bottom of the download page), also you can enter you codes through manually through Editor G for Commands Z, W, and Y; you have to place the codes in the correct fields and the Name has to be correct, the SysOp field can be whatever, if that does not work, maybe uninstall download a new copy over the old one, reboot, and reinstall, maybe your copy is corrupted? If that still does not work then I would say Sing's suggestion would be the underlying problem.
