I have just recently unzipped TW2002 into it's own directory, followed the installation docs to the letter however, when I attempt to run the Bigbang file for the first time, I receive the error code, "Runtime error 200 at 08D6:0091". Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. |

which version did you get, also is it attached to a twgs, we need more info in order to help you out, also what O/S you putting it on and so forth. All this can help, and will make finding the problem a little easier. Also have you uninstalled and reinstalled it? also when installing a twgs or TW2002. Make sure the telnet service is off if you are going to use port 23, as this will cause errors with the TWGS, and the TW 2002, if you just got the tw 2002, I am not quite sure how it's setup works but I do know how to work on and around the twgs, I have a twgs with the tw 2002 in it. |

I'm running Version 2.0 and no it's not attached to any server. I'm using Synchronet BBS software. I'm running a IBM 1.2 gig processor with 80 gig on the HD.(plenty of room) and 512 ram. The OS is Windows XP pro with all the latest updates. I also have a DSL connection. I am an "ancient" sysop from nearly 20 years ago. I used to run a multiline BBS under Major BBS software. I also used to have a registered copy of Tradewars, the original. I'm not overly familiar with Synchronet and I've forgotten more than what I learned back then. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Okay then I may know someone who may be able to help you, I will give you his Email and see if he can help you, he uses a synchronet bbs too, well I know he had it up a while back, but he should be able to help, If you can, I would get a TWGS, it is a game server with TW2002 installed on it, and it can be placed behind a bbs, like synchronet. Anyway here is his Email: His name is Todd, aka Toad, he is the sysop of Toadville. tperciva@charter.net Give him a shot, and maybe he can help you with the problem. I hope this is some help to you. |

That looks like a standard Borland Pascal issue - anything compiled with older versions won't run on recent, fast processors. You can patch the EXE files. Try this: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%2 ... ror+200%22 |
