Sorry to ask such a dumb question but I havent played this game since I was in 5th grade. I started on a server that only has 250 turns but its still halfway fun. There has been a race to build planets in my game and terra is starting to get low.

I was just wondering if Terra produced a certain amount of colonists a day or is that it?

It's a sysop configure option. To see what it is, when you type in the game letter from the main server, and it comes up with T for play, H for high scores...blah blah blah...hit * and it will show a bunch of good info about the game. Collie Regen is the second line under settings. Default is 65k, but like I said, a sysop can change that to whatever he wants.

well anything he wants to set it at up to 65k. That is the max regen rate.
