I've been playing on a server recently that's running 3.13 Gold, and messages such as "xx warps into the sector" and "A Ferrengi ship is powering up weapon systems!" seem to get delayed if you're warping to the point where you don't receive the messages until you're out of express mode. Has anyone else had this problem with 3.13, or could it possibly be something with the server I'm on?

Maybe if the game settings use short warp distances in a small universe with few bubbles/one-ways and no move delay just simply outguns the messaging queue?

interactive sub prompts is more than likely off.

That behavior happens with non-interactive sub prompts.
