 Please help with Aliens and Ferrengi moving

I have gone through everything I can think of. There appears to be no aliens or ferrengi moving about. After the BigBang! I had to go in and manually create aliens and ferrengi. It has been running 3 days now, and they are still sitting in the same sector I placed them in. I set the Ferrengi to INTERACTIVE mode, and they still just sit there. I increased the Ferrengi regeneration rate up, and nothing changed. I increase both the moveCh for aliens and ferreingi to 1 in 6, and nothing changed. Help, please, with either a script to run with BIGBANG! to create aliens and ferrengi that are not ducks in a barrel, or a way to edit my non-Gold game so that its actually fun (aliens make it interesting).

Sounds to me like you need to age the game a bit more then 3 days.
But I could be wrong.

I agree with SD, you might also have to go in and change some more stats and reset their Behaviors and Spawning profiles too, also try to set their movement to 1 in 4 to move and set their exploring probabilities to 50% or better. Then see if that helped, if not then the game bugged out and you might need to rebang, but try stopping and shutting down the TWGS completely and restarting it, I had it to happen a couple of times to me, one time the suggestions I gave you helped and the other it didn't help and I had to rebang the game.

Also check General Editor 2 (H) and check and see if you have the Alien Sserver offline mode (Z) set to active or not. If it isn't set to active then when there are no players playing the Aliens and Ferrengi will not move, when set to active they will move all the time whether or not a player is logged on.

as far as i know, you can't really mess with non-gold aliens that much.

thats prolly the problem, u have to set up internal alien/ferrengi at the big bang, anything after will just be basically manned ships. they wont move or do anything.
these are guesses, but i'm pretty sure they are good ones.

I seem to be having the same problem with the game I banged for me to play in. I made sure that the aliens and planets were active. Also the internal aliens/ferrengi are not active. I think I might have to make sure they are set up at big bang. I am going to rebang it as soon as server is empty. I will let you know the outcome.
Hope i figure out what I did wrong as not to do it again. I do TRY to learn from mistakes!
