I'm unsure, but has the time limit feature been "fixed" to make it work as it was intended?

What do you mean? Time limit for some one in the game? Someone allowed to be logged into the server?


If you mean, a person beaing able to by pass the time limit in the game. By sitting at the Game menu/Game listing menu prompt. Then NO, This has not been fixed!

If it has, then it is a closely garded secret. That only a select few know about.



But, if you mean something else. Then that is a problem that I am not aware that TWGS/TW2002 had.


You need to explain your question better.



BTW: every version of TWGS/TW2002 has a version history. And it states what has been fixed, changed or added.


[Edit] The revision history for TW2002. Only shows three Time Limit bugs, since v3.11.50. And this is what it states:

in v3.11.54

Fix: The player is given the full amount of time on the next day.


in v3.11.56

Game time will no longer carry over if a player is online at midnight.


and

in v3.11.57

Good point, but sitting at the menu shouldn't take away time from a game as that person isn't in one.
