How do I set these up?????
I have searched here and look'd in the TWGS help but couldn't find anything......

Here's what you do. Log into a game (if first time) and put in game name and password. Just before you name the ship, in another window (zoc/swath/whatever) with a different log-in, connect to your admin port. There, log into the game you want to make an ambassador, select Edit User Info (U), type in the trader's name and select option (Y). That's the ambassador. then, back in the first window, name your ship and your character should be Ambassador. That ought to be clear as mud for ya.....[:D]

That's a lot more complicated than it has to be Go to tedit. Go to User Editor (U). Enter an unused number (a high one will normally be unused, like 100). Press A to initialize player. Press B and enter the user name you want. Press Y for observer, then y again to say yes. Then press x. Now log in as the user name you set. It will prompt you to set a password and stuff, like normal game entry, then when you get in the game, you'll be an observer. It's basically the same thing as Vader has you do, but you don't have to jump back and forth between windows this way.
