Ok, when you are saying how many aliens whill be active on the date of full str, it's limit is 1000, is that a total amount for all the aliens or just that one race? If I had 3 races, would that mean I could have 3000 aliens in the game?

well, in my best uneducated guess, i would say if there is a seperate total for max aliens under each race, i would say 3000, if there is just one general "total aliens" maximum, i would say 1000. the alien chance to move has nothing to do with player movements.
it has been a few years since i played with that, so i might be wrong, but im a pretty good guesser

It is 1000 aliens total in the game, 2 aliens 500 each max, etc.
