How do you make a msg from the federation come up as soon as ppl log onto the game ive seen it done before where it looks like the federations sent out a bullitin to everyone if you know how plz help me

Make yourself a sysop for your player in the game you are playing. When you send/post any message, it will ask you, "Whom is sending this" or something like that. |
