How do you setup TWGS to let some1 into tedit remotely thats on dial up and there ip changes each time they log on

In the TWGS config, there is an option to set a port for TEDIT access. I believe they'll need your sysop password, though...so be careful who you give this to.
If there is another way...someone please jump in. =P

No and I already explained this to him. You do not need to worry about the IP address. You have the sysop tell you what port the admin is on and the admin password. Then when you try to access that port it asks you for a password. You put in the admin password and bam you are in tedit screen.
