i want to (for pure fun purposes) install a copy of the old TW door v2. i found a copy and extracted it. I got the wonderful runtime error that the old door games give, so i ran tppatch on it. well, tppatch ran on all but the two most important files.... bigbang.exe and tw2002.exe. my german is pretty bad, but roughly i believe it translates to "tw2002.exe was not written in TP7" same for bigbang.exe.
anyone know of a program i can run to patch these two, or is version 2 lost forever?

Thanks
Toad

I miss all the edits version 2 had to offer. Wish I could find a few for TWGS. What is this error your getting? I have a copy of v2 somewhere in my five trillion 3.5 floppies that are scattered throughout my house, which my wife is threatening divorce if I don't do something about... *ahem*... got a bit off subject there.

Basically I don't remember having to patch v2 at any time when I ran my BBS or playing it locally. What OS are u running in and is this being played locally or through a BBS?

with the processors over 200mhz the pascal programs got an error when checking the timing. there is a patch to allow the programs to function properly on 200+ machines, but when i ran it on bigbang.exe and tw.exe it gave me an error in german which i believe loosely translated to "the program wasn't written in TP7"
