I know that I use to be able to send a message from my BBS to Trade wars that everyone read. There was no way to squelch the message while the people were playing.

Is there a way to send a message to the users that are playing, similar to the TWGS shutdown message that goes out? That message gets their attention. I've tried to use that by clicking on stop server, typing in my message in the shutdown dialouge, then sending. After it goes out I'll abort the shutdown. Problem is we've noticed that it typically creates more problems that it is worth on the server.

Any help would be appreciated.
