I was sure I had played on a game that had like 10 Million colo's on Terra and I am trying to help the sysop on a board I am playing on now figure out how to increase the colo's on Terra. I was sure I had done it myself on a local game I am running. But just went and tried it on the local game. I set up a new planet with the gold editor, called it Terra Class. The most colo's it would let me put was 1 Mil in each of the 3 catagories. Then, I went to the regular planet edit and increased the colo's on it to 1 Mil in each catagory. Then I went into the local game to check the changes and it only shows 100K colo's on Terra. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me on how to do this procedure. Thanks, Steve |

Ok, Steve.. Your correct it *is* possible. The max amount of colos is 100,000,000 that which can be made. In order to achieve Terra w/ 10,000,000 colos you'll need to : quote:1. Go into planet editor, make class [m] capable of holding 10,000,000 holds of fuel ore product. (( ^ )) save current planet configuration! 2. Go into option [I] of the general configurations and set a maximum achievement of colonist possible for Terra to produce to 10,000,000. 3. EXIT the TEdit command control. Go back into TEdit command control. 4. Option [N] for planet config, Terra is #1 (duh). [B] set amount of fuel ore on Terra to 10,000,000. Congratulations, Terra is overpopulated and the colonist war is over! Goodluck, Have a pleasant holiday, Let us know how it turns out. |
