Grettings fellow SysOps and EIS Team;

I'm the SysOp of Outpost-4 BBS, running Synchronet. A while back, Rave was kind enough to e-mail us a file we needed to allow users to go from the BBS to the TWGS (thanks Rave), and I've been happy with the level of support and help here.

Currently I have a page on my site that shows my nodelist for the BBS. Users can login from that page directly rather than opening telnet and creating a connection. To see it, goto http://mk-tek.dyndns.org/outpost-4/bbs.html and click the link "Enter BBS". I am curious if the same can be done for the TradeWars Game Server? Basically, we only registered it as a 4 node GS, but may increase the nodes if users request it. I'd like to see something similar to what Synchronet did. There is a java script file we use with the bbs software that publishes to a page on the link I specify and port 8080. I don't mind e-mailing it to those wishing to see exactly what it does. I am interested in allowing users to log onto a Web page, see the available nodes listed, and be able to log in from that. Is this possible?

BTW, in case any of the EIS team see this, we have had TradeWars since we first opened our BBS back in 1993. We wanted to say great job on the game, and we often thought if a "game server" would ever be created, and now I'm glad we stuck by the game. It's one of the best I've enjoyed. Thanks...
