Welcome to the TWGS Sysop/GameOp forum! The TWGS Sysop/Gameop Forum is a general purpose discussion for just about any matter related to running a TWGS or being a gameop, and it is my understanding that it will also be used for informing ServOps of known bugs in the game. I have two simple rules I would like to see followed. While I'm not going to say no profanity will be tolerated, I would like to ask that profanity be kept to an absolute minimum. Most arguments can be made without the use of profanity. However, the use of ad hominem attacks (attacks of character) will not be tolerated. When and if observed, the poster will be warned. Continued use will result in the issuance of a "strike" and a temporary removal from the forum. Three strikes in any calender year will get you removed from membership indefinitely (I'll only re-admit upon request of Rick Mead, John Pritchett, or another member of teamEIS). I'm hopeful that we'll not have any such problems, though, so I'll leave the rules as simple as the two mentioned above. And again, welcome to the Forum! Lisa M. Thanks, Raven. It looks like you are going to do just fine. And thanks for opening up this. I am sure there are others that will be contacting you besides. Daryl Visit slbbs.com port 2002 for a rip roaring game of TW where you also have to battle the Klingons, Romulans, Orians and the Borg. |

I think this is going to be really usefull. I ran what I think was the first "sysop" only forum back when Castle Ravenloft (Gary's board) was part of WWIVNet, and we were able to answer a lot of questions for people running V0.98 to V2.08 Beta. It was also really nice to hear things that the other sysops were doing, there are some incredibly intelligent Sysops/Game Ops running some really interesting games. The Mad Hatter |

Nope, that was the original welcome to the sysops help area, we thought it would be nastalgic to use it again. And it seems it worked, you answered to the posting. Heh. I hope the new sysops corner will make a hit with the community. And that all sysops will contribute to it and help it grow, whether they have questions, issues or answers, all input is welcome to the area, well except Smack Talk, anything constructive to the area is encouraged.
