That is done through the planet editor, Fuel Ore on planet 1 (Terra) is converted to colonists, (1:1,000). Now if you want more colos to be stored on Terra you will need to edit planet 1 and make what the necessary changes to it, i.e. permit a higher storage capacity of Fuel Ore (0-1,000,000.) Additionally you can change the daily production rate of colo's via Editor One setting H (0-65,535). |
