dyndns... it maps a domain to an IP you can change.
http://www.dyndns.org/

The idea, as Singularity pointed out, is to use a service like DynDns.org and update a URL (like supermantw.com) so that it resolves to your current IP address. The way that you accomplish this is to sign up for a dynamic URL, like supermantw.dyndns.org, and have a piece of software running on that box which is always checking for an IP change. Let me suggest DeeEnEs, available here: http://www.palacio-cristal.com/products/DeeEnEs/
I've used that client for years without problems, and seen it work where others failed. You then configure that client with the credentials of your dyndns.org account, tell it what url it will be updating, and voila... you have a URL that follows you.

Hehe... dyndns offers *.podzone.net. While not meant for this game,
it IS fitting.

i have tried all of theses and i can not telnet. i have the game running and try telnetting to gamesforme.bounceme.net . that is the nmae i chose. and it does not work. i setup port forwarding on my router so idon't think thats the problem. also if i telnet directly to my ip address it works. i am so confused.

There's a lot of little gotchas to this. Just ask Zilla. =)
The dns takes care of the domain. It's resolving over here to
a 24.xxx.xxx.253. Is that you? I can login just fine on port
23, right to twgs.
One thing to remember, dns updates aren't instant. They can take
up to an hour to complete (or more) after you've added the dns.

This is what I did:
windows-R
RUN> telnet
Telnet window pops up. In it:
open gamesforme.bounceme.net
Then voila. It's connected.
It's not telnet:\\ it's:
telnet://gamesforme.bounceme.net
And that does work I'd guess. Haven't done it. Don't see the
point in it, good players prolly won't login that way. But I
don't see why it wouldn't work.

If your behind a router you have to point the ports to your computer.
