Can anything be done about lost registration codes? I purchased a TWGS/Gold code nearly a year and a half ago but lost the info (thanks to a screwy hotmail)

Sent at least 2 emails to jpritch@eisonline.com with a copy of the paypal invoice about a year ago and didn't even get a reply.

Now all I've got left is the record of the transaction in my paypal account...and to make it worse I'm not even sure which "code" I ordered as the prices have all gone up and the item description on the invoice is rather vague. (Item Number: TWGold)

<<edit>>

To make this even more difficult to explain...the current order form lists the item name/number displayed on my invoice as simply a TW Gold code. I'm going to assume the form has changed since June 2003 because it was the only code I've purchased and at that time it surely was a TWGS/Gold code of some type. I guess I'm out of luck unless there are records of existing codes or the original email sent to me after the purchase. [:(]

my codes were purchased in 1998 and they look exactly the same as today's codes. (the format, TWGS full, Gold, etc..)

i'd say resend the email to him, with all the info you have from the previous purchase and he should be able to take care of it relatively easy.

Yea, i'll give it another try. I dug up an old price sheet from 2001 that lists the same prices, so my memory of price changes must have been before I purchased.

At the very least I have an invoice for a gold code purchase :)

JP keeps pretty good records, so if you purchased in 2001, he should be able to pull up what you bought pretty easy and fix you right up. all you gotta do is make him aware :) (and unfortunately, more often than not, the forum isnt the place to do it, heh)
usually the best (and really only) way to get his attention is to send him an email. also, check your junk mail often incase his responses get sent to your junk mail.
