Something to note, I do believe that the Feds do protect blue fed safe aliens when within fedspace. I would have to test it someday, but I seem to recall that.

If I remember correctly, fedsafe aliens are protected, but you are not. Kind of sucks, really.

On the other hand there is a setting in t-edit to keep aliens out of Fed.
