All are quite possible. I've been in games where domination was the goal. Or where planet control was the goal. Or where... well, use your imagination. Chess is a capture the flag style game.

Unless just one member of your corporation isn't #SD# and can bring you a new ship full of ore so you can transwarp home and go back on the prowl. Or you manage to have an unmanned ship stashed away in Fedspace to transport into that you can then transport longer range with into a backup ship and you're free.
Sadly, even a bunch of #SD# folks doesn't always spell the end of the game. It does the majority of the time, yeah, but there are always exceptions to prove the rule

Yeah, looks like the game isn't done. Maybe no one liked the edits? The others CBY'd but Crimmy was destroyed in another way.

Are there any player assets? If so, then they might still be playing. If not, then they probably didn't like the edit and didn't want to play it out.
