Depends on the game. Check with the players, and if all of the players with the exception of one player or a corp is #SD# and no one is actively playing then it is probably a good idea to rebang. A consensus of players can also be used. This would result when a game is stalemated.

Unlims with no truce will have to be banged pretty often depending on the edits and the player's skill levels.
