Increasing Terran Pop levels

 This question may have been asked before, but being new here to the forum, I need to ask. I run a TWGS and the players on our server reported that the colonist levels are low. I went into the editor for that game and set the regen level to max (65535 I believe). Is this the only spot to increase the colonists on Terran?

now to actually answer your question....On the planet terra you ahve to increase the fuel ore on the planet...You also have to make sure in t-edit that the planet can hold that much ore...

As you mentioned , tera regen rate .. pump it up.
Then go to tedit N option , planet 1 and increase planet 1's ore to max ..this will make tera full. If tera doesn't hold as much as you would like , maybe make a new planet Named Tera and have it max ore 10 mil , no fig capacity, and save it. So next game you will only need to change tera planet to Tera and fill it. Ok that helped. Thank you for the post. I missed the fuel ore level. I have the daily set to max as well.
