There is an email being distributed that seems to be coming from management@eisonline.com. The email claims to be from "The Management, The Eisonline.com team" (yes bad grammar and all). It also claims that you as a user of eisonline.com have been sending spam and are most likely infected with an Email Virus, and that to correct the problem you need to download the attachment of the email and follow the instructions.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND UNZIP THIS FILE

it contains the W32.Beagle.J#38;mm worm.

If you have already opened this file or you feel you may already be infected with this virus follow this link to actually remove this worm.

securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.beagle#38;mm.removal.tool.html (this link won't work you need to copy it into another window)

This worm doesn't seem to do to much damage as long as youcath it early, so please run your updated virus programs often!

If you run Windows and are too poor to afford a virus scanner, check on this link:

http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php

Just give them your email, and they will send you a free registration code to unlock the Free AVG 6.0 Antivirus program. For home or nonprofit use only, if you are in a business and your business is too poor to afford antivirus programs, then shame on you.

The Symantec removal tool is at http://securityresponse.symantec.com/av ... .list.html this link should work. I think the post filtered out the at symbol. Just click on the "W32.Beagle@mm" link.

Beagle is one of those worms involved in the big worm war going on over the Internet. About 4 different worms are duking it out, spoofing email, and trying to infect as many systems as possible. It is a shame to see that they tried to target EIS in one of their spoof mails.

Symantec also has an internet based virus scanner available for free on their web site. It takes a little longer than if you had your own software because it scans you from their web site, it does work tho and has all the latest updates.
