Hello everyone, I just purchased TWGS today. And already I'm having a problem with gold edits, I'm probably just doing something stupid..
But I've made additional planets, but for some reason the stock planets seem to spawn 80% of the time, even though I made more planets than were originally there.. Any ideas?

If you made additional planets but left the default ones, the odds of getting the gold ones is pretty low. Check out http://www.tradewars2002.net/html.php?link=3 for more info on getting the planets to show up.

I don't know Harley. I play in a game on Farpoint BBS that has edited ships/planets and yes, the stock planets were kept. My corpie and I figured out that if you bust a bunch of planets in a sector and let them set for a few hours or even a day then go back in and go for the edited planets, the odds of getting the good ones goes way up. My corp has somewhere around 300 planets spread through 6 tunnels and I'd say 280 of them are Edens.

There are a lot of things that affect what planets will end up in what sector. The % of nav haz can have an influence, even. In general, for gold planets further down on the cj, you'll get them easier with a full sector.
