I am having a problem with SBBS with the DPMI 3.09 version. SBBS is accepting the telnet session and passing it through to the BBS front end, you can then navigate to the Door menu and execute TW2002 and it will run and everything is fine. When another user tries to connect in however it doesnt pass the correct node and handle information, it still thinks that the new users are the original user that logged in. Example: User1 logs in and starts a Trade Wars game, all is well. User2 logs in and starts a Trade Wars game and it tells him that he is User1 and then User1 gets kicked offline. My configuration is as follows:
In TW:
Set to twnode=1,2,3,4,5,6 in the Autoexec.bat
in TEDIT Node 1,2,3,4,5,and 6= Running off Door.sys and Fossil Port 1-6
In SBBS
The fossil drivers are done using NETFOSS so the execute statement in SBBS is:
D:\sbbs\nf.bat /n%# /h%h tw2002.exe twnode=%#
the statement in nf.bat is
@echo off
D:\sbbs\netfoss.com %1
if errorlevel 1 goto end
D:\sbbs\netcom.exe %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9
D:\sbbs\netfoss.com /u
:end
Help!

Are you passing the user's BBS name to tw2002?
That is how tw2002 v3.09 will know the difference between players.
Verify that the drop file has a user's BBS name, and that it is correct one for the user. Make sure that the drop file is being placed where tw2002 can pick it up.

Yes, the drop file does have the BBS name and it is in the correct place. All of the users on the BBS can play with their own characters without a problem but if someone tries to connect after someone is already in the game it will treat the new person as if they are the person who is already logged on. If you check the drop file for that node it has their information in it so it is applying the BBS user name correctly to each drop file. (e.g. Drop file 1 says John Doe and Drop file 2 says Jane Doe. but TW thinks both are John Doe if he connected first)

You don't need to do all this.
tw2002.exe twnode=%#
make sure the nodes are setup correct in the door and that is it. If you need some help let me know 333547
