Players Not connecting

 I do not know why, but ever so often no one can connect. After restarting computer and server still no on can connect. Can not even connect thru local intranet. I have to run repair/re-install and then I was able to connect intranet.

You run repair/re-install on what? TWGS? Windows network connections? If Windows, what version? XP Home or Pro?
Need more info, but probably a Windows networking problem. I'd download the most recent driver for your network card, then uninstall the card using Device Manager.
