Yea, once in a while you hear of someone having to wait a bit for their keys, but most get theirs within a week I think.

You'd think EIS associates would have each other's personal info (like phone number). Send e-mails to the other EIS personnel too..heh Someone will get the messages sooner or later. :)

I'm checking with John. I know a couple of people in the past have had problems with their free webmail flagging messages from EIS as spam.

He says he emailed them to you on 5/12/04. He said he'll look further as soon as he has a chance, but I'm guessing you should check your trash folders and stuff for the codes.

May I make a suggestion? On the order page could you put a notice when ordering spam filters have delayed receiveing codes. Maybe it will help prevent the frustration this causes the customers as well as JP.

Or, have an actual form a user fills out before being sent to the paypal link. That way, EIS is sure to get the info. All they have to do is check to see if a matching paypal payment was sent, then send out the keys

The problem isn't EIS getting notification that someone has purchased keys, but rather that the customer's email filters are classifying messages from EIS as spam. EIS is sending out the codes, the customers' mail system is just classifying it as spam and removing it before the customer ever sees the message. This really is not EIS's fault, but even so, we are happy to work with people on getting things like this resolved.

i use hotmail and have spam filter to send anything not from someone on my list to junk folder. i did send jp an email previous to recieving codes, and when he emailed me back it came into my inbox. so i had no trouble with it.
