I just registered TWGS a few days ago, now I'm noticing that when I bang a game, there are always a few inaccessable sectors.
Also I noticed that it's difficult to find 3-4 deep bubbles, back in the MBBS days it would take 15-20 mins to find, I've looked for an hour without finding them with the current version. Anyone know how to change settings to fix this?
Thanks,

when you bang a game are you setting the number of bubbles to greater then 0... I do believe there is a bug in this version with the bubbles but not sure that it makes them unacessable...Somebody please fill in the details.
Thanks,
Strider

The bug appears when you use gold bubbles and set the max and min tunnel length to anything more than 0. This will give you ports you cant port at and sectors you cant get to. If you are not using gold bubbles then its what is known as a black hole. I think bigbang checks for them and eliminates them but some sysops will make black holes using tedit just to mess with the players.

I'm not setting it to use bubbles, when I try to edit the sector in TEDIT, it has no entrances or exits.

Aside from the problem with tunnel lengths, you shouldn't be ending up with inacessable sectors. As to 3-4 deep bubbles, that will probably depend on the % of 1 and 2-way warps you set in the game, as well as the maximum course length. Most bangs end up with several.

That is what TEDIT is for, connect the sectors to other random sectors to fix the problem. It takes work, but it is better than an unplayable game.
