Entered my reg codes and now can't get into editor

 As the subject states, I kind of have a problem. I got my codes Saturday and entered them and all was right with the world. Then I had to format my hard drive. Now, I FINALLY got connected again to the web and I d/l the TWGS again and again entered the codes and I'm told it's registered BUT now I can't get into the editors to create a game. Any ideas?
