Hi!
I´m writing again, as developement seems to have stalled. I am a foreig Sysop ( Germany) and i am not able to install TWGS, as it checks for a administration account. It seems that in the english version the account / group has a different name than in the german Windows XP / 2000 Version.
Anyone can help?
I already wrote to John
Greetings
Thomas

Is it checking for the Administrator Group or the Administrator user?

Hi!
I don´t know. I think the administrator Group. But i tried to create a group called Administrators and it did not work. Seems it is checking this somewhere else
I am really frustrated on this. I paid TWGS, i paid TW2002 and now i can not use it!
Greetings
Thomas

Let's start simple. When you created the group Administrators did you add it to the original administrators group? I would suggest creating a group called Administrators and a account called Administrator. I would add Administrator to Administrators. Then Administrators to what the German group is called that is Administrators. I would then log into the account called Administrator and try to install it. I might be looking for the tree like logic. I not sure what Tw2002 looks for, but It might be worth a shot. I will do a little research to see if I can find anything similar to this problem with other software.

I would also like to know the following if it is possible;
What OS?
Processor?
The Exact error message you get? Write it in German since that it will be in, then give a german translation please. I have not Spoke German in a while and will be really rusty. I will try to check this as pftenas possible but with the holidays it might be difficult. Happy Holidays!
