 Alien Info at Library

I am trying to get the Alien Homeworld to display, from the library.
I have the file xxxx.txt in the alien planet edit, and have placed
the file in the ANSI dir of the game. When I visit the library in
the game, and try to view the alien homeworld info, it says the
info is unavailable.

The alien ship info displays with no problem.
