 no cash for captures

It would seem that the rule rather than the exception in the latest version of TWGS is that when you capture someone's ship, or destroy it, you only get 25 credits for your trouble, and that all the rest of the cash they were carrying goes off into never never land.

While this is good for cashing reds, it is bad for those who make their living off of preying on moneymaking operations, whether they be blue or red. My question is whether this is an unintentional consequence of some programming changes, or whether it is done intentionally.
