Version .47

I've got players telling me that they are scoring insane amounts of cash capping Gold Ferrengi. I've had reports of FAT's carrying over 100 million and one report of a Ferrengi carrying over a billion. I have the limit in the spawing profile set to 2 million at full strength (100 days) and the game is 60 days old. Combined with the other problems where they put insane amounts of cash in the Ferrengal citadel while removing planet/sector defenses and stock product on any planet in their space before defending it, I'm afraid I will have to have to disable them in all the games before they spoil them. Major bummer I'm going to get a lot of complaints when I do this.
