Just a questions, should corporate members be able to remove or transfer supplies to another member, which happens to be cloaked

Corp Members- Mangol, Sniper and FairChild
Today, I was attempting to transfer credits from one of my corp members [FairChild], who was in FedSpace uncloaked, but to my surprise was asked if I wanted to transfer credits from the other Corp Member [Sniper] who was cloaked.
Just for fun I attempted to transfer credits from Sniper and well I was successful [even though he was cloaked in the sector].


· Is this considered okay
· Or a bug
· Shouldn't a cloaked ship be invisable to all
