ZOC:

ZOC is a powerful and well-established terminal emulator and
telnet client, well known for its outstanding user interface.
ZOC lets you access character based hosts using telnet, modem,
Secure Shell (SSH/SSH2), ISDN and most other means of
communication. It can be used to connect to Unix/Linux hosts
and shell accounts, BBS's, IBM mainframes (via TN3270 or TN5250)
or internet muds.

ZOC is highly configurable and offers the usual terminal
features like keyboard redefinition and scroll back buffer as
well as some advanced and unique functions among which are a
powerful script language, automatic triggering of actions based
on received or typed text or a hex dump and data trace feature.

In laymans terms, ZOC is a telnet program some players use to
play TradeWars. Using ZOC/REXX scripts, this becomes a very
powerful helper to those that use it. It is recommended to
NEW people to helpers to try SWATH or ATTAC to get a feel of
what a helper does before attempting to use ZOC. ZOC does
allow you to create scripts, but it requires more manual
configuration than the other helpers. However, it is a great
helper nonetheless.
